Overview
The City of Colton Water / Wastewater Department has designed its potable and sewer rates to reflect the cost of the service to the customer. Revenues are used to purchase potable water, operate and maintain the delivery and treatment systems, and fund necessary capital projects, which ensure safe and effective services to the customer.

Note: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Colton will conduct a Public Hearing on April 5, 2016 at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers at 650 N La Cadena Dr., Colton, CA 92324, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to consider adopting increases in the rates for its water service fees.
