How To Rent
Reservation forms must be correct and complete when submitted. To complete the process in the quickest time frame, it is important to provide complete and correct information requested on the form; including an available contact person and at least two working phone numbers. In order to receive the resident rate, we require proof of residency at the time the application is submitted.
If the correct information is not provided, the application may be delayed. In the event of a conflict, the information contained on the application shall stand. The front desk staff is not permitted to provide available dates or fee totals, as they vary based on amenities, rooms, and services.
Receipt of Confirmation
Reservations are not approved until receipt of confirmation via phone or email.
Please do not plan your event until your date and time have been confirmed and the fees have been set. Submitting your application does not guarantee your request until you have been notified of approval.
In most cases, a confirmation will be made via telephone or email within two business days. You will be contacted regarding the availability of the facility, fees due, payment deadline, and other standard reservation policies. Please bear in mind that our Facility Reservation Coordinator, who can be contacted at (909) 370-6152, has a varied schedule and you may be contacted anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If a facility is unavailable on your listed date, there are other options.
We will offer other options in an attempt to accommodate your event, perhaps another facility, time frame, or date. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. We highly recommend that you schedule an appointment to receive an adequate response.
