Electric Vehicle (EV) Rate

Residential and Commercial Program

Own an EV for your home or work fleet? We offer savings on your monthly electric bill so you can charge your EV for less and stay green. Colton Electric Utility provides an additional 250 kWh to the First Tier on your electric bill.

CUSTOMERS MUST UPLOAD CURRENT VEHICLE REGISTRATION TO QUALIFY (Temporary registration does not qualify).  EV rate credit expires upon the expiration of vehicle registration. The customer is responsible for uploading the new vehicle registration annually to continue participation.

EV’s must be registered in the City of Colton to qualify.
