Water Aerobics

Get in shape in the water! 

Water aerobics is a great workout in the pool for swimmers and non-swimmers to exercise without stress to the joints. This class has low-impact cardiovascular movements, muscular endurance and strength training exercises which makes it adaptable for adults of all ages. Our water aerobics class is intended for participants 16 years and older. ( Participants ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult 18+)IMG_1390

Dates/Times:

  • June 9 - August 14, 2025
  • Monday - Thursday 7:15 - 7:45 p.m.

Daily Drop-In Fee:

  • Youth (16 and older): $3
  • Adults (18+): $6

Waivers are required for all participants.

Swim Passes

  • Adult Swim Season Pass: $170
  • Senior Swim Season Pass: $113
    • Adult Season Pass includes access to all advertised dates, ONCE a day, for a flat fee.
    • Pass can be used on either Lap Swim or Water Aerobics ONCE PER DAY. Participants must check in at the Front Desk. Any additional activities will be charged a daily rate.
