Message from the Director

The City of Colton Public Works and Utility Services Department provides efficient and effective Operation, Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement of Water, Wastewater, and Electric Utility infrastructure, as well as Public Facilities, Parks, Streets, and Storm Drain systems. These services ensure the community’s health, and safety while leading the City’s sustainability efforts.
